A woman realizes that some of the paranormal experiences she's reading about in a book are starting to happen to her in real life.
Here is a preview of the story.
“By this point, Mom was extremely sick. Sleeping most of the day and barely able to communicate, just a few precious words here and there. I began reading the story and the funny thing was that whenever I would, her eyes would stay open, and she would seem to be listening intently. I believe she was. This went on a couple of weeks. in the mornings, I would come in and read several pages. It was a little scary that towards the end of the book, some of the same things that were happening to Arnie in the book were happening to Mom at the time.”
