18 Dec 2021 | Visiting Extreme-E and Interview with Battery Engineer

Episode 1313,   Dec 18, 2021, 01:00 AM

Earlier this week I was invited to have a look around the race course for the final round of Extreme-E, which is taking place this weekend a few miles from my house in Dorset.

This is the audio version of the Youtube video so I apologise for some parts of this where I’m pointing things out to the views, I didn’t intend for this to be a podcast, but I think some of it is interesting to fans of electric motorsport.

And stick around to the end as I talk with Frederic Riser, Chief Engineer Mechanical Development, Williams Advanced Engineering, about the battery pack they’ve built for these electric SUV racers.
