People often ask how I am able to get “so much” done and stay productive, accessible, and grateful in the process. There really is no big secret...I simply work to be consistent and persistent with the Five Daily Practices that I follow. It is these five practices that have helped me to transform my habits and unlock more of my potential.

The 5 Daily Practices
“A priority is the concern, interest or desire that comes before all others.” Our priorities are the areas of our lives that are meaningful and important to us. They're usually activities, practices, or relationships that we want to put genuine effort and time into. The system that I use in order to organize my priorities by day, week, month, and year is something that I call my 5 Daily Practices.
