Keep your mobile with you & charged.

Have a friend or neighbour you could call to if you are feeling concerned

Speak to your neighbours if possible & let them know your concerns & ask to call police if they are concerned.

If arguments happen & you feel at risk of physical harm, try & keep away from the kitchen area and areas around the top of stair cases.
