In the NEW episode, number 251, Kyle Fansler chats with Keith Costigan and Kartik Krishnaiyer about how and why some managers thrive with different philosophies through their coaching.
Costigan, who works with FOX Sports and the Seattle Sounders, has a UEFA A coaching license, requiring significant research and learning into the world of coaching. He, along with Krishnaiyer, break down how the likes of Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp achieved their statuses as some of the game’s greatest coaches.
Also, the pair talk about coaching philosophies at different levels. This includes clubs constantly in relegation battles and organizations like Red Bull, which seeks to cut down on certain growing pains by using similar styles at multiple clubs.
