First time teenage driver arrested for killing one person

A 16-year-old boy in Maridi, Western Equatoria has been arrested by police after knocking down a woman, who later died in hospital.
Police say the child took his uncle’s vehicle where it was parked and started driving on the road for the first time.
Inspector of Police in Maridi County, Emmanuel Juma Francis urged parents and Boda-boda riders not to allow children drive vehicles.
