AMONG the headlines for Monday, January 24, 2022, Malaysia registered a slight decrease in the latest COVID-19 log, with about 3,214 new cases reported within the last 24 hours.

Meanwhile, about 97.9 per cent of the adult population have completed their vaccination as of yesterday.

Also, the organizers of the Beijing 2022 Olympics have confirmed 72 COVID-19 cases among the 2,586 personnel for the Games brought into China this month, a number that its top medical expert said was to be expected.
