Over the past couple of days, I have been more open about living with depression. On this MADM, I share with Crystal Gayle and she shares her thoughts on moving forward. Van Booth also shares about some of his experiences with depression and PTSD during and after his military service. Many of you know that Van walked coast to coast on foot in 2019 to bring awareness to veteran PTSD and suicide while supporting Freedom Sings USA and Operation Song.
