I talk about how procrastination starts and ways we unintentionally give it fuel - allowing the stress we create around something to stop us in our tracks. I also talk about how to remove the shame and guilt from procrastination - even talking about how I use it to my advantage sometimes! Procrastination doesn't make you a bad or "lazy" person.
