Del Olaleye is filling in for John and in the first hour the guys discuss all the competitions from All Star weekend including the 3 point contest, the dunk contest and the All Star Game. They then discuss Juwan Howard and the post fight brawl that took place between Michigan and Wisconsin. At the bottom of the hour Mike Ginnitti from Spotrac joined Lance and Del to discuss some potential Texans trades that could happen next season. They wrap up the first hour talkin about Lebron's comments saying he would play for whatever team drafts his son.
