It's Time For Scotland's Most Accessible Census

Season 1, Episode 1161,   Mar 15, 2022, 10:00 AM

The national Census has started in Scotland and all households must complete the research.
The information gathered will help government, national and local, to plan budgets and services, as well as look at how the population, and it's characteristics, are changing.
RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Peter Whitehouse to learn more about why it's so important and how this year's Census will be the most accessible for blind and partially sighted people.
You can complete the Census via the accessible website by visiting www.census.gov.uk
Or you can call the Helpline on 0800 030 8308.
There are large print and braille versions available or the Helpline staff can assist you to complete the form.
