The Rotary Club of Victor Harbor has raised $10,000 for victims of flooding in the Eastern States.

Rotary Australia World Community Service created the National Flood Relief Appeal for people impacted by the current floods in Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

The exercise was a huge success, with the club generating a whopping $5,000 from cans and bottles to add to another $5,000 in donations.

Incoming President of Rotary Victor Harbor Mike May joins Jennie Lenman to have a chat about it, talk about the great work of Rotary and to share some trivia for Fun Fact Friday on SA Today.
