Hello Friends! It is good to see you again! My sincere apologies for my absence last week, I swear that I have solid reasons and will be by your side every week from here on out! Or at least until there is another Heavy Heavy week.
Let's talk about life! This week does not have a certain direction, consider it a review more like. One theme I feel that has influenced most of this talk is a reconsideration of how we spend our energy. Though in times of crisis this may be necessessary, what are the concessions made for sprinting the race?
