Is Your Lubricant Helping or Hurting Your Vagina?

Season 1, Episode 4,   Mar 28, 2022, 11:00 PM

Shopping for a vaginal lubricant can be daunting, but buyer beware- you do not want to grab the first product you see!  All lubes are not created equal, and most popular products are NOT VAGINA FRIENDLY.  Some increase the risk of infection and others are dehydrating and toxic to vaginal tissue.

In this episode Dr. Streicher covers the pros and cons of commonly used vaginal lubricants:

  • Petroleum Jelly
  • Baby Oil
  • Cooking Oils
  • Water Based Lubricants
  • Silicone Based Lubricants
