Derek McGrath played as a centre-forward for the Waterford Senior Hurling Team before going on management and taking the team to All Ireland level. Since retiring from the sport he has become a professional in in team management and coaching.

Davy Fitz is the manager of the Wexford Hurling Senior Team and as a player before that he was widely considered to be one of the greatest goalkeepers of his generation.

Tony Duggan has worked 20+ years as a builders merchant and is the well known manager at Chadwicks Kilkenny. When he is not working, he is very involved in local sport including the Special Olympics and GAA. Chadwicks
