Chef Albert to the Yucatan Jungles

Join Living the Dream Outdoors Podcast host Bill Cooper as he negotiates a variety of topics on the show. First he is joined by Chef Albert, of Public House Brewing Co. They discuss some of the fabulous foods and drinks available at this wonderful establishment. Too, the Public House is right in the middle of the Missouri Ozarks and within reach of many outdoor destinations throughout the area.

In the second segment, Cooper joins friend Bill Lovelace in the Yucatan of Mexico for baby tarpon. They, along with guide Carlos Avila, “Fito,” sit in La Restaurante Vaseline and discuss the tarpon fishery of san Felipe.

In the final segment, Cooper discusses his recent trip to the Yucatan jungles for ocellated turkey and brocket deer. He was accompanied by Darrell and Hunter Hindman, and bill Lovelace.
