Special on Innovation, from the beaches of St. Petersburg, Florida. In this installment, we talk to our newest public radio station partner, Radio St. Pete’s station manager Joe Bourdow. 

Joe Bourdow is the founder of Radio St. Pete, a locally based and volunteer run non-profit  organization consisting of two 24-hour Internet radio station streams, an FM radio station, and a robust podcast platform. Streaming from St. Petersburg, Florida, Radio St. Pete is a member station of Public Radio Exchange (PRX), the Pacifica Network, and the National Federation of Community Broadcasters. Prior to Radio St. Pete, Mr. Bourdow served as president of Cox Enterprises subsidiary Valpak Direct Marketing Systems, Inc. through fourteen years of record growth. Mr. Bourdow holds the Certified Franchise Executive (“CFE”) designation from the International Franchise Association.
