Home Improvement Rip-Offs

Episode 115,   May 11, 2022, 09:30 AM

There's always a new home improvement project waiting to be done, and as we all know, they can be expensive. Unfortunately, many people end up getting ripped off when making home improvements, spending even more money than they need to and often paying for things they don't need and/or that will hurt the value of their home. There are a ton of scams and rip-offs that companies involved with very specific home improvements are known to do, particularly when it comes to things the average person isn't very knowledgeable about, such as mold/moisture issues, roofing, solar, etc. In this episode of Selling Greenville, we discuss five of these home improvement rip-offs and how to avoid them.
