Bega Valley musician Andy Zarins on ISC honourable mention

Candelo musician and long time Bega Valley resident, Andy Zarins, speaks about his song 'I Am Released' which recieved an honourable mention in the prestigious US-based International Songwriting Competition (ISC) with East Coast Radio Journalist James Fennessy.
