Photo:  North Korea finally has admitted to having a skyrocketing number of Covid cases.  Hospitals in North Korea often have no medicine. no surgery equipment, no advanced technology whatsoever. Photographs available to the outside world of citizens in normal Western clothing are Potemkin pictures. In the countryside, many, possibly most, Koreans are constantly in the edge of starvation. During a famine, of which there are many, people eat grass. So far, DPRK has refused treatments (vaccines) from the outside world.
