Group Therapy: Her Husband's Mistress

She found out after hiring a PI that her husband has had a mistress for 4 years, but now she's dying of cancer, and her husband is committed to her, but wants to continue to see her because she doesn't have much time or any family left. She doesn't know what to do now.
