Chef Mark Best Celebrates Food from the Murraylands

Internationally renowned chef Mark Best has recently enjoyed a tour through the Murraylands with Africola's head-chef Duncan Welgemoed.

The pair were in the region over a few days to meet local producers as part of the federal 'Agri Food Tourism Development (AFTD)' Program delivered by RDA Murraylands and Riverland. 

During his trip, Mark had a chance encounter with an old teacher who had taught him some of his first lessons in cooking.
