Self discipline as the foundation and practice of self care

Tapas is a very important guiding principles of the philosophy of yoga as it sets the foundation to our self care practice thus self love.
How we show up for oneself on a daily basis without judgement and expectations, just practice and eventually everything will feel natural, comfortable as part of our daily routine like brushing our teeth. Starting just with a few minutes of meditation in the morning and slowly step by step we can increase the duration, add some yoga movements and explore any other techniques that nurture our body, mind and soul. To be able to function and perform every day at work. How can you show up for yourself this week and make yourself a priority for a specific time ?
