Should The Scottish Parliament Have A Disability Commissionaire

Conservative MSP Jeremy Balfour has launched a Public Consultation to create a Disability Commissionaire within the Scottish Government.

The department would be independent of any political party and represent the interests of disabled people in Scotland across decisions that would impact their lives.
