Group Therapy: I Saw My Boss Cheating

Under normal circumstances, she'd stay out of her boss’s personal life. However, she saw her boss kissing another man & thinks her husband deserves better and he’s done a lot for her. She sees 3 options: say nothing, tell the husband, or talk to her boss. What should she do?
