Jeremiah Emmanuel meets BAFTA award winning actress, writer and director Bukky Bakray at Snapchat's Snap Forward summit in spring 2022.
Bukky is the youngest recipient of the BAFTA Rising Star award, given for her role in the ground-breaking girlhood drama, Rocks.
She appeared on the 2021 Forbes 30 Under 30 list and has upcoming roles in the film Self-Charm, the BBC One series You Don't Know Me, and the Apple TV+ series Liaison. Most recently she wrote and directed her first short film - a collaboration with Gucci called Born Fruit.
