RNIB See Work Differently Work Placement Scheme - A Real Game Changer for Blind and Partially Sighted Job Seekers….

There are many barriers and issues that blind and partially sighted people face when trying to get onto the career ladder whether that is looking for your first job or returning to employment after a period out of work.

The RNIB recently launched a new programme called the See Work Differently Work placement scheme to help blind and partially sighted people get into or return to work. The first six successful applicants of the See Work Differently Work Placement scheme will be starting their placements in August and RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey was joined by Kudirat Adeniyi, RNIB Employment Manager to find out more about the See Work Differently Work Placement Scheme.
