October 11, 2022, Ohio Writers' Guild | with Roy Bradshaw

Season 2, Episode 165,   Oct 12, 2022, 04:29 PM

Welcome to the Ohio Writer's Guild Monthly Zoom meetup that we turn into a podcast.

Roy Bradshaw, born in Tipton - a small town in the Black Country, so called because of its heavy industrial past when all workers went home wearing dirt as a result of their daily toils, is now living close to Ironbridge in Telford Shropshire UK.

He has had a reciprocal career in the automotive industry and education sectors, from where much of his inspiration to write has come.

As a self-taught, new, and intrepid writer with a vivid imagination, his story plots are complex but interestingly descriptive and the characters are crisp. Not being a touch typist or natural writer means his work expands slowly but thoroughly. I dare you to enter his mind.

He is a loving and dedicated father of two fantastic boys and one fantastic stepson.

What we're about

Membership in The Ohio Writers' Guild is open to ALL with an active interest in writing. Published and unpublished authors are welcome. There are no membership fees; however, in order to be a member, writers in the guild must attend at least one zoom meetup a year. Monthly Gatherings take place on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. We are currently meeting on Zoom. Please RSVP to receive the Meeting ID code. In addition to critical discussion of the craft, members are invited to read from their works in progress. Guests are welcome.
