How to Stop Stress Eating and Lose Weight God's Way

Healing happens when our hearts become aligned with His word and we begin to live from our relationship with Him.

Unfortunately, there is no quick fix, so don't be discouraged. Overcoming stress eating will take time and intentionality throughout the process.
