Setting the Bar: 911 BBQ?

We've been hearing how pork is "the other white meat." But fun fact: It's technically red meat. It just tends to lighten up when you cook it. Something this lady definitely didn't know. If you can manage to make it through the day without calling 911 because you think your BBQ isn't perfectly cooked… when it is.... you’re doing OK.
