Will is a coach, author, priest in London and Director of The Mind and Soul Foundation. His interest in emotional health is wide ranging, reflecting his broad experience in a variety of pastoral contexts. He is a Mental Health First Aider and is passionate about equipping church leaders to look after their own emotional health as well as empowering them to manage the emotional needs of their congregations. He is co-author of the new book Mind Fuel the book he co-wrote with adventurous author, Bear Grylls - a focus for this conversation.
