Inspiring Fitness with '26 Ways to Keep Moving'

Following his inspiring book 'Get Moving Keep Moving’, psychologist and exercise scientist Dr Gordon Spence has released a new book.

'26 Ways to Keep Moving’ is a collaboration with his 15-year-old son Riley and a myriad of active community members who have found their passion and are on track for healthy ageing, including an extreme ironing aficionado. 

The pair join Jennie Lenman to talk more about it.
