Self Care in crises situations and when we receive challenging news.

NOTE: After my diagnosis this summer I am cleared of everything and knot has shrunk in the breast and cyst gone.

Before any self care routines needs to change it is important to seek advice from your medical practitioner.

1. Ground yourself to gain perspective and understand how to move forward
2. Make a plan on how to change your life
3. Get in touch with your emotions to clear out any baggage
4. Execute the plan and stay disciplined with the higher goal in mind.
5. Love yourself even more: rest rest rest
6. Take not moment Singh love ones puppy 🐶 friends and family
7. Choose to repo and to stressful situations wisely. Know what to take on board and not. Let go of control.
8. Clear out your space, de clutter and let go of people situations that do not serve you any more.

Remember where you put your energy is where your vital life source goes into! Including thoughts!
