The Fundamental Athlete Podcast is a resource for any athlete that feels trapped into mental health stigmas. Athletes go through challenges whether it be physical, emotional, teamwise, but the mental challenges are not talked about enough. Mental health when it comes to athletics, lacks a proper definition which leaves room for outside judgment. Because of this, athletes are forced into thinking that the mental challenges that exists are irrelevant. This stigma couldn't be farther away from the truth. This podcast gives expert coaches and players a platform to talk through these issues and offer their expertise on how it gets better.
