Chief Executive of Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Mel Pickup, chats to Mohammed Arshad and Joanna Mutlow from the BTHFT Spiritual, Pastoral, and Religious Care team.

Arshad is a Muslim Imam and head of the team. Joanna is a Humanist SPaRC practitioner. They discuss their journeys to working in the hospital and how they have transformed the service, from a more traditional hospital chaplaincy, to the SPaRC team.
