As Christmas races upon us we talk to the November manager of the month in the National South who sees his Eastbourne Borough side in the play-off zone after a difficult start to the season. Hoping to go better than last season's play-off defeat Danny Bloor is realistic that there is much still to be done but he's encouraged by the great spirit within the club.
