Security and awareness is the message coming from The University of Idaho as they begin to look ahead at the spring semester.

That, and we sit down with a former US Secret Service Agent and Criminal Investigative Consultant, Jim Rathmann to talk about the case and what may be happening behind the scenes with the Moscow PD and investigators.

University of Idaho campus made it known on its website today that More security on campus, personal safety alarms, self-defense workshops, and stalking awareness education are just some of the things the University of Idaho is planning to implement as classes resume on January eleventh.

Meanwhile, a few updates from the Moscow police making a statement late yesterday, stating:

Investigators know a Hyundai Elantra located in Eugene, Oregon and have spoken with the owner. The vehicle was involved in a collision and subsequently impounded. The vehicle is registered out of Colorado and the female owner is not believed to have any relation to any property in Moscow, Idaho or the ongoing murder investigations. The public is asked to stop contacting the owner.”
