On this episode we cover the 30th anniversary of the death of Andre The Giant, reviewing the original broadcast of the Pro Wrestling Spotlight from January 30th, 1993 which aired on 1440 AM - WNYG in Babylon NY.
Joining me on the podcast to review that show is Jackie Bernard McCauley - the woman who with her late husband Frenchy Bernard, took care of Andre's ranch in Ellerbe, North Carolina and lived with him on that ranch. Jackie discusses the friendship with Andre, shares intimate memories about him, and his death heard for the first time ever on a podcast. We also bring on Chris Owens, the foremost Andre memorabilia expert and collector, and a true Andre historian.
