Liandrin and twelve others stole several ter'angreal from the Tower and tried to steal angreal and sa'angreal. They also killed twenty-one people including three Aes Sedai to hide their theft and escape. Even though they were tricked into leaving without permission, they are to be sent to Sheriam for a sound switching and they will work in the kitchens until further notice. The punishments are to be announced publicly which is also part of the punishment.

Egwene and Nynaeve are to hunt the Black Ajah for the Amyrlin. Siuan does not assign the task to Elayne even though she trusts her also, since Siuan must be able to tell Morgase that she did not bring any more danger to her.
