March 14, 2023, Ohio Writers' Guild | Write from Anywhere in the World | Interview with Eric Pearson

Season 2, Episode 226,   Mar 15, 2023, 12:31 AM

Eric Paul Pearson is an innovative person who has lived a complete life, having transitioned through numerous careers and during his journeys became an author as he searched for his life’s purpose.  He is a retired Executive from Northrop Grumman Corporation, specializing in Radar Defense Electronics, Leadership Development, and Personnel Management.  He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Bowie State University and a dual master’s degree in engineering from the Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering.

In retirement, Eric continues to pursue his writing, having published three books between 2007 and 2022. While he polishes up his children’s books, a leadership book titled, “The Commonsense Approach to Leadership,” and his lifelong dream of publishing his novel titled, “Gone! Fishing: The Bethany Beach Murders” he stays busy. In addition to those literary pursuits, he substitutes almost daily in the local Elizabethtown, KY Independent Schools in English, Science, and Engineering studies because of the lack of qualified teachers in the United States.

“The key to success in life is the willingness to rise from failure to try again, and again, and again.”
