1. Atlantic Lithium #ALL - 2023 Exploration and Resource Programmes Update

Atlantic Lithium Limited announce the commencement of auger drilling at the Ewoyaa Lithium Project, part of the 2023 exploration and resource drilling programmes.

The following 2023 exploration drilling programme is planned:

Approximately 20,000m of auger drilling over a five-month period to test multiple targets identified within the Project area and broader Portfolio; auger drilling has now commenced at the Assan target in the north of the Project area, with four auger rigs active to test for and define pegmatite footprints.

Also Certain Directors of the Company have purchased in the market a total of 2,454,677 ordinary shares at an average price of 27.34p per Ordinary Share, equating to aggregate value of £671,231, including Mr Neil Herbert Executive Chairman who purchased 1,883,177 or £514,860's worth.

2. Ten Lifestyle Group #TENG - H1 2023 Trading Update

The Group expects to report half year Net Revenue of c.£30.9m, c.49% above the first half of the prior year (H1 2022: £20.8m) and c.18% above the second half of the prior year (H2 2022: £26.1m) demonstrating consistent, continued growth.

Adjusted EBITDA for H1 is expected to be c.£5.0m (H1 2022: £0.9m), a record for Ten and ahead of the previous record half year (H2 2022: £4.0m).

At the end of H1, the Group's cash position was c.£7.2m (FY 2022: £6.6m), with net cash of c.£0.5m (FY 2022: £3.2m).

3. Thor Explorations #THX - UPDATED MINERAL RESOURCE ESTIMATE AT DOUTA

Total Douta Resource of approximately 1.78 million ounces of gold, an increase of 144% in total resource as compared with the 2022 maiden mineral resource estimate declared for Douta in November 2021.

Drilling is ongoing on the above prospects with a further 40,000 metre drilling program to be completed in 2023 consisting of diamond drilling and reverse circulation drilling. Mineralisation remains open along strike between the known prospects with further growth potential along 20 kilometres of under-explored prospective strike length covered by the Douta exploration permit.
