Setting the Bar: Keith's 10th Arrest

This seems like one of those social media "challenges," where people try to do a crazy amount of stuff . . . like, ride ALL the rides at Disney in one day and have to map out an elaborate timeline to make it happen… except this is a Setting the Bar story. If you can manage to make it through the day without being arrested for the 10th time in a month… you’re doing OK.
