The Round Table: Decentralization and constitutional making process.

This week’s edition of The Round Table looks at a survey which was recently conducted by the Community Empowerment for Progress Organization, soliciting citizens’ views on decentralization and constitutional making process. 

On the panel includes Lona James Elias, Executive Director Voice for Change; Edmond Yakani, Executive Director of Community Empowerment for Progress Organization and Hon. Paulino Lukudu Obede, Member of Council of State and Chairperson of United South Sudan Party.
