The Brewers are 11-5 after a 4-3 week out west, but the pall of Brandon Woodruff's injury lingers over the positive start. Brewers reporter Curt Hogg joins host JR Radcliffe to talk about the impact of losing their ace starter for an undetermined amount of time. Colin Rea filled in admirably, though. Plus: Corbin Burnes and Wade Miley are again on top of their game, a wild 1-0 win features some Devin Williams excitement, a big week for Rowdy Tellez bombs and the defense continues to deliver, including Willy Adames in extras. Craig Counsell reached another milestone; is this really going to be his final season as Milwaukee manager?

Plus: the Brewers see Josh Hader as an opponent for the first time. Remembrew When takes a look at one of the great one-and-done performances in club history and Curt Blanche spends time on the aspect that Brewers coaching seems to have mastered.

Then, JR is joined by the Brewers' Tom Flanagan (53:00), the club's vice president in charge of player operations and baseball administration. He offers his perspective on Milwaukee's farm system, including plenty on the No. 1 prospect in baseball according to Baseball America, Jackson Chourio. The Milwaukee native talks about his journey from team bat boy to front office, the challenges of the gig, the exciting roster at the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers affiliate and other names Brewers fans should be following closely.
