Robert the Doll is known as one of the world’s most terrifying dolls and as Key West’s most cursed object.
In 1904, he was a gift to Robert Eugene Otto. They developed a strong and strange bond, and before long unexplained things started happening in their house. Legend has it that this 118-year-old straw doll is haunted by a malevolent spirit to this day. Robert the Doll now resides in the Fort East Martello Museum in Key West. And the strange occurrences continue to happen.
