Victor (33), born on the mainland of Spain, came to Ibiza to earn a lot of money trough hosting parties and DJ-ing. After years of working in this scene he realized that his life was out of balance. He became dependent on drugs and alcohol to keep functioning during his work.
In this podcast Victor vulnerably shares his story of how he went from this โparty lifeโ into a conscious, connected way of hosting events by creating a new community called โSoulnaโ. A place to nourish the immune system and connect with others trough the outdoor sauna, ice-baths, campfire, music and sound-baths.
