In this episode we meet Sarah Law, self-confessed Health and Wellness Geek who loves to help educate and guide people to live at their optimal peak state.
She tells us how she first came to Ibiza with her husband Ben, planted the love of Ibiza in her heart, made the move, then after a pre Brexit move back to the UK (for parental health reasons) they couldnt stay away and came back and moved over to the island a second, and final time.
She is super educated in all things to do with the body and loves nothing more than sharing this love of all things gut health, skin health and overall wellness. She is a fine specimen herself so if the proof is in the pudding, then sign me up!
