Update on the 2023 NBA playoffs, why the Bucks' season was a failure and the Grizzlies need to really increase their IQ to win a championship.
There are few feelings worse in sports than when you're on a good team and plan on winning several games in a row only to lose to a team you had no business losing to. That's what happened to Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the 2023 NBA Playoffs against the Miami Heat. And while the Memphis Grizzlies didn't have the same advantage over the Lakers, they still had a more complete team and should've won the series.
In this episode, I recap the results of the first round, specifically diving into those two biggest disappointments and sharing my opinion on why the Grizzlies will never win a championship with their current roster and why this season was indeed a failure for Giannis and the Bucks.
Despite my predictions for round 1 not going as I expected, I also share my opinions on the round 2 matchups and who I think will advance to the conference championships.
