Kelsey Baker, MS OTR/L, CLC is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Lactation Counselor with over a decade of experience in the infant to toddler demographic and uses a holistic approach to help families optimize their baby's development. Kelsey is the owner and lead therapist of B. WELL OT, Co. based in Philadelphia, PA and serves families virtually worldwide. After working for 10 years in Philadelphia's Early Intervention system with children 0-3, she started her own practice to focus on early development, specializing in feeding, which relates to all other areas of infant development. She now works mainly with infants with oral dysfunction and tethered oral tissues using a whole-body approach including bodywork, therapeutic movement, and parent education & empowerment to limit compensations and optimize function. Kelsey is a mom of 2 (stepmom to her oldest) and was welcomed into this infant feeding space after having her daughter who was unable to take a bottle and proceeded to breastfeed for 2+ years. Now she uses her personal and professional experience to help families reach their feeding goals and tries to set babies up for lifelong health.
