Waiting for the T train

"I wanted to use the recording as a whole unedited. I set myself a limited amount of time to respond to the work in the moment, using the source sound like another musician. I found that I focused on echoing, shadowing and building on the sounds that were there.  I feel like I definitely had in mind the idea of waiting, there's a slightly eerie mood, those echoes and shadows bringing to the forefront feelings lurking in the existing recording."
